Siblings usually have a rivalry, Mets vs Yankees; Patriots vs Giants or sometimes its cooking styles vs cooking styles. On this week’s episode of Food network’s Beat Bobby Flay it’s Matt vs Lisa or in this case its Match Burger Lobster vs Catch a Healthy Habit Cafe or Westport vs Fairfield.

Lisa Storch

Fairfield’s Catch a Healthy Habit Cafe owner Lisa Storch is the Chef and Co-owner. She was inspired by her two grandmothers and found her love for cooking and baking at a young age and turned it into her career. Lisa studied at the University of Maryland and the Culinary Institute of America and is also a certified Holistic Health Counselor for the Institute for Integrative Nutrition. She has cooked at the James Beard House in New York City. Lisa took her passion and started Catch a Healthy Habit with her husband.

Westport’s own Match Burger Lobster owner and head chef, Matt Storch’s passion for cooking also goes back to his childhood, this time using his time traveling has his inspiration. The Culinary Institute of America graduate spent time traveling the globe driving his passion for his next diverse plate. The Chopped winner spent time with culinary bests including Chef Todd English and using his cooking craft at the James Beard House. He also cooked for culinary geniuses like Julia Childs and Jacques Pepin.
